Commitment/Core Focus
We exclusively provide leasing and property management services to third-party owners of real estate portfolios and corporate real estate facilities. This core emphasis enables us to focus our time and efforts exclusively on our clients and their real estate assets. Since our sole focus is third-party representation, we do not have conflicts of interest as a developer or owner, or have a vested interest in representing the portfolio of a major owner that has competing product.

Experienced Team
Commercial Alliance has built a very talented team with experienced professionals.

Leasing - We work on a team basis with 2-3 leasing agents assigned to each property. We implement a strategy utilizing the energy and enthusiasm of a junior broker to make cold calls coupled with the contacts and experience of an experienced leasing professional. A Marketing Specialist whose responsibilities include generating marketing flyers and prospect lists and updating data bases, is also a key member of our leasing team.

Property Management-Our property management team is comprised of three of the most experienced and reputable professionals in Memphis. Dan Wahl is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) and has over 21 years in the business. Additionally, our team members include two project accountants and three maintenance personnel.

Affiliations
In 2004 we were selected to be a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member. Through this affiliation, we have access to the entire platform of Cushman & Wakefield’s resources. Additionally, our investors, Wyatt Aiken and Larry Jensen of Commercial Advisors, also a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member, have a combined 50+ years of real estate experience in Memphis. Larry Jensen also serves as Chairman of Commercial Alliance. Commercial Advisors, whose primary business is client representation, is the premier client advisory firm in Memphis. Major clients include FedEx, Methodist Lebonheur Healthcare, Smith+Nephew, Helena Chemical, Accredo, GateGourmet, Johnson & Johnson, Technicolor and Pfizer. Through this affiliation, we exchange ideas and information and refer business to each other.

Current Assignments
Commercial Alliance commenced operations in 2003 and, in less than three years, is considered to be a market leader with 30 leasing and management assignments totaling 4.6 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties. National clients include Aegon USA Realty Advisors, Great Point Investors, International Paper, Lexington Corporate Properties Trust, Lord Baltimore Properties, L&B Realty Advisors, Inc., Pan Pacific Retail Properties, and Varco Pruden Buildings, Inc., in addition to numerous local investors.
