Conner Walker began working at Commercial Advisors Asset Services as an intern in May of 2008. As an intern his primary responsibility has been obtaining market research by canvassing and stacking commercial real estate through out the Greater Memphis market. Conner has assisted in numerous real estate transactions. Aiding brokers in office, retail, and industrial has given him the ability work with any asset type. Conner is a graduating senior at the University of Memphis majoring in Finance and Real Estate. Through his family’s auction and real estate company, Walker Auctions, Conner learned the basics of real property. He completed auction school when he was fourteen years old. He has had both his auction and real estate license since he was eighteen. His mother, father, and grandfather are all actively involved in the sale of real estate through the auction method of marketing. At Walker Auctions, Conner was responsible for marketing properties to be auctioned as well as marketing the firms services to property owners. Conner has been able to utilize his early exposure to real estate, to aid in the aggressive marketing of properties through out the Memphis market.

• The Simpson Organization - A REIT which ownes properties through out the South East.
• Building/Park: East Pointe - A 287,482 square foot office/warehouse park - Conner has been apart of marketing this building through cold calls and broker relations - Conner successfully completed the first deal of 2008 in the park in less than a week.
• Parkway Properties, Inc. - A publicly traded REIT which ownes several properties in the Memphis market. - Conner aides Bentley Pembroke in marketing Parkway’s downtown portfolio which consists of The Falls Building, Morgan Keegan Tower, and The Toyota Center.
