Dan Wahl is Executive Vice President of Commercial Advisors Asset Services, a third-party office and industrial management company. Dan co-founded the company in 2002. With twenty-one (21) years of experience, Dan comes to Commercial Alliance from Weston Companies where he served as Senior Vice President of Property Management. He was responsible for all third-party managed and Weston owned facilities totaling more than ten million square feet of industrial, office, and retail properties with a support staff of ten representing twenty different ownership groups.

• B.B.A. in Business Management from Texas Christian University
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through Institution of Real Estate Management (IREM) since 1991.

• Member of Memphis Board of Realtors
• Served as Senior Vice President of Property Management since 1993 and was responsible for all third-party managed and Weston owned facilities totaling over 7 million sf of industrial, office, and retail properties with a support staff of ten representing 20 different ownership groups.
• Responsibilities included the supervision of property managers, maintenance staff, vendors/purchasing, client/owner relations, budgeting, management contract negotiation, preparation of leasing and management proposals for new client business, and property transitions.
• Third-party owners represented while with Weston include L&B Advisors, The Travelers Insurance Company, Metropolitan Insurance Company, and Prudential. Lincoln National, Invesco, Kennedy Associates, Principal Life, GE Investments, Lendlease, Aegon, Meridian Point Realty Trust, Banyan Strategic Realty Trust, EastGroup, Parkway Properties, Balcor, Sentinel Realty, Delmonte, Lexington Corporate Properties Trust and numerous individual owners.
• Responsible for opening new landmark properties for Weston such as Crescent Center, Renaissance Center, Forum II & III, Trinity Commons and Bartlett Town Commons shopping centers.
• Opened company office in Nashville, Tennessee in 1991 and was responsible for all property management operations in Nashville for Travelers and Metropolitan Life.
• Completed IREM coursework for Managing the Management Company program and numerous professional education courses including Valuation, ADA Compliance, AIA Contracts, Hazardous Waste Management, Mold Eradication, Risk Management, and the like.
