Kemp Conrad is President and a Principal of Commercial Advisors Asset Services (CAAS) a leading third party provider of leasing, property management, and project management services with a portfolio of approximately 15,000,000 SF and Sr. VP of Commercial Advisors, LLC – the leading tenant and corporate advisor firm in the mid-south region. In addition to leading CAAS, Kemp is consistently one of the top brokers in the region and specializes in corporate and tenant advisory services, with a focus on strategy development and multi-market work. Kemp’s unique position brings the tenant and landlord perspective to the table for his clients. Prior to joining the firm he was the Memphis City Leader for Trammell Crow Co.
Kemp has been recognized as a Co-Star Power Broker award winner since 2005 and is a three-time Pinnacle Award winner – including the Newcomer of the Year in 2002. In each of the last four years he has been directly involved in approximately $40MM in commercial transactions.
In 2009 Kemp achieved the SIOR Industrial Specialist designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, an international association of only 2,700 professional commercial real estate professionals. The designation is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, ethics, and personal integrity in the real estate industry. The SIOR designation is comparable to the ISO 9000 quality certification and approximately 7% of commercial professionals have this designation.
Kemp was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and earned his MBA from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University. His BA is from Rhodes. Kemp serves on the Memphis City Council, representing half of the city. He is also on the Board of Directors of the National Civil Rights Museum.
