Mark Jenkins is Executive Vice President of Commercial Advisors Asset Services, LLC and has more than twenty-two years of experience in commercial real estate. He co-founded Commercial Advisors Asset Services, a third party leasing and management company, in 2002. Prior to serving as President of Commercial Advisors Asset Services, Mr. Jenkins spent eight years with Weston Companies as a Marketing Representative. His professional experience includes several years in real estate finance with major financial institutions including Travelers Insurance Company, First Union Mortgage Corporation, Lincoln National Investment Management Company, and Nations Bank. In addition to his corporate leadership responsibilities, Mr. Jenkins leads the leasing and marketing team and facilitates client relations.

Mr. Jenkins’ Credentials Include:
• Since the company was founded, has built a 13 member team of experienced professionals including five leasing representatives and three property managers with CPM designations.
• Approximately $102 million in total production through 2005
• Under his leadership, the company was recognized as a market leader with 36 leasing and management assignments totaling 4.4 million square feet in less than three years.
• Initiated and directed the process of being selected as a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member in 2005.
• Facilitated a team effort in cultivating client relationships with institutional investors and major corporations including Aegon U.S.A. Realty Advisors, Great Point Investors, Lexington Corporate Properties Trust, Lord Baltimore, L&B Realty Advisors, International Paper and Varco Pruden.
• Since 2003 has consummated major transactions with companies such as FedEx, ThyssenKrupp Elevator, Gardner Denver, Mutual of Omaha, and Ford Motor Company.
