As Vice President, Phil Dagastino, Jr. is responsible for proactively generating income producing business via lease transactions through cold calling, and procuring interested prospects for properties which he is assigned.

Phil Dagastino, Jr. is a graduate of the University of Memphis.

Mr. Dagastino joined Commercial Advisors Asset Services, LLC in January of 2008. Prior to joining Commercial Advisors Asset Services Mr. Dagastino was with CB Richard Ellis-Memphis where he focused on Landlord work as well. Phil has successfully managed many client relationships from individual owners to institutional owners. Prior to real estate, Mr. Dagastino had a very successful eight year career with insurance provider AFLAC where he finished tops in the Memphis Metro Region for five (5) straight years. 

In addition to his business responsibilities Phil is a University of Memphis Alumni Association, Life Member and a Member of the Memphis Zoological Society.
