Ricardo Monroy

Ricardo Monroy joined Commercial Advisors Asset Services, LLC in June 2009. Ricardo comes from First Tennessee Bank, NA, where he specialized in Corporate Real Estate. Among Ricardo’s major responsibilities, included the construction and delivery of integrated workspace while aligning with the corporation’s strategic plan, shareholders value-creation, the development of metrics and density bench-marking. In addition, Ricardo was responsible for all of the Mortgage Division’s asset and project management involving new office space, the relocation or consolidation of employees.
Through his role as Vice President with Commercial Advisors Asset Services and with over 17 years of real estate experience, Ricardo is responsible for the management of real estate assets and construction management. Ricardo’s experience in the real estate industry included the development of strategic planning for the acquisition, disposition, consolidation, buy-outs, re-structuring and density goals (employees/SF) of corporate office-space and facilities. Moreover, Ricardo has abundant experience for the procurement of related real property assets such as furniture and service agreements. In addition, Ricardo created and drove strategy linked to First Tennessee Bank’s mission concerning the development of long-range plans for its real estate portfolio; identified the best locations for the corporation’s real estate needs and negotiated leasing transactions based on strategy that provided the highest ROI.
Originally from Guatemala, Mr. Monroy has lived in Memphis 12 years. He has served in several leadership roles as part of real estate case studies and strategic corporate real estate positioning.
